Westfall Manufacturing Company, based in Bristol, Rhode Island, designs and manufactures static mixers, flow conditioners, Venturi flow meters, and diatomaceous earth filtration systems primarily for the water and wastewater treatment industry. Founded as a specialty mixing company, Westfall has built its reputation on patented static mixer designs developed using in-house computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis. Their flagship Model 2800 wafer-style high-shear static mixer is NSF Certified for drinking water applications and occupies minimal pipe space while achieving complete mixing through a computer-designed orifice. The Model 6000 counter-swirl mixer achieves complete mixing in just three pipe diameters with very low headloss.
