WEG is a Brazilian multinational manufacturer of electric motors, drives, and automation equipment, founded in 1961 and headquartered in Jaragua do Sul with over 47,000 employees and manufacturing operations in 15 countries. The company reported net revenue of R$38 billion in 2024 and serves customers across 135+ countries.
