The company combines product manufacturing, equipment distribution, and field installation through its Vortex Services trenchless contracting division, which brings over 20 years of CIPP lining experience. Vortex's product portfolio centers on GeoKrete® geopolymer mortar, a fully structural, corrosion-resistant lining material holding DIBt and WRc approvals for pipe, tunnel, and manhole rehabilitation. The coatings and materials range also includes hybrid cements, 100% solids epoxies, polymerics, polyurethane grouts, and patching compounds. On the equipment side, Vortex distributes Schwalm multi-tool robots for lateral reinstatement, debris removal, cutting, and point repairs in sewer mains, alongside Quadex® manhole and pipe repair rigs and the Picote high-speed drain cleaning tool line. For CIPP quality assurance, Vortex offers the VeriCure® curing monitoring system, and its UV CIPP technology covers pipe diameters from DN 150 through DN 1800 with associated resins, liners, training, and field support.
