Viron International Corporation has designed and manufactured custom industrial air pollution control systems for corrosive and odorous air streams for over 50 years. The company builds its equipment in three material families: SSTeelcoat, a proprietary Halar-coated stainless steel system warranted for 20-plus years of maintenance-free service in aggressive corrosive environments; standard fiberglass (FRP) for structural strength and chemical resistance; and PVC, CPVC, and polypropylene thermoplastics for cost-effective municipal and light industrial applications. The VHS scrubber series handles acid and ammonia gas streams with high removal efficiency, stable airflow, and low pressure drop. Supporting airflow products include AMCA-certified fans, SMACNA-standard ductwork and stacks, dampers and blastgates, and capture hoods, all available in the same three material families. On the process side, Viron supplies custom scrubber control panels, variable frequency drives, instrumentation packages, chemical storage tanks, and metering skids for compliant chemical dosing. Every system is FM-approved, AMCA-rated, NFPA-compliant, and Class 1 rated where required. Viron serves semiconductor fabs demanding complete containment of airborne contaminants, industrial and aerospace facilities, pharmaceutical and biotech laboratories requiring HEPA-grade protection, and municipal water and wastewater plants needing odor and emission control. The company offers single-source responsibility from engineering through manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and 24/7 service support.
