Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is the fully Veolia-owned industrial water treatment subsidiary formed after Veolia purchased CDPQ’s 30% stake, making it a wholly owned division of the global Veolia group. Operating with nearly 90,000 employees worldwide, VWTS designs, manufactures, and services water and wastewater treatment systems across 13 industry verticals including chemical processing, data centers, food and beverage, microelectronics, metals and mining, municipal, pharmaceutical and life sciences, power, pulp and paper, textile, and oil, gas, and renewables. The company’s flagship membrane product line, ZeeWeed, includes the ZeeWeed 500 MBR—an ultrafiltration membrane bioreactor incorporating LEAPmbr technology for cost-effective municipal and industrial treatment—and ZeeWeed with zeeDENSE continuous flow densification, which controls mixed liquor suspended solids characteristics to improve MBR performance beyond conventional limits. Analytical instrumentation is led by the Sievers line of TOC analyzers. The InSight cloud-based predictive analytics platform enables remote monitoring of installed systems. Design and configuration tools include flexConfigurator, Winflows for RO process modeling, RO Tools, and Pump Tools for pump sizing. The company also provides depth cartridge filters, complete water purification systems, and tailored chemical treatment programs. VWTS operates a sustainability-focused manufacturing facility in Tomball, Texas, and recently secured $750 million in flagship contracts targeting energy and semiconductor sectors.
