TVT Termoventiltecnica S.r.l.
About
TVT Termoventiltecnica S.r.l. is an Italian engineering and manufacturing firm headquartered in Ponzano Veneto, Treviso, with over 40 years of experience delivering custom flue gas treatment and energy recovery plants to heavy industry worldwide. Unlike off-the-shelf equipment suppliers, TVT begins each engagement with on-site inspection and problem analysis before designing turnkey solutions built to specific process conditions. All plant components are fabricated in-house at their production facility equipped with laser cutting, bending, welding, and calendering machines, giving TVT full quality control from engineering through commissioning. Their technology portfolio includes hot gas ceramic filtration capable of operating at temperatures up to 700°C, bag filter systems for dust collection at gas temperatures up to 250°C achieving residual dust concentrations below 1 mg/Nm³, chemical and wet scrubbing systems for neutralizing acid gases such as HCl, HF, and SOx, DeNOx installations employing both selective catalytic reduction and selective non-catalytic reduction methods, and ATEX-certified filtration plants for explosive atmospheres. An integrated energy recovery capability converts waste heat into hot air, superheated water, diathermic oil, or electricity via Organic Rankine Cycle systems. TVT serves metallurgical plants, glassworks, chemical processing, waste incineration, foundries, and biomass facilities. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN 1090-2:2018 certifications and provides full-lifecycle support including installation, commissioning, operator training, and remote monitoring.
