TTX Environmental
About
TTX Environmental, the water and wastewater treatment division of Therma-Tron-X Inc., has operated since 1969 from headquarters at 1155 South Neenah Avenue in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, completing over 2,800 projects and holding more than 65 patents across the parent company. The division manufactures three primary water treatment product lines: Iron Removal Units for removing iron from industrial water supplies, Wastewater Treatment systems designed and engineered for specific industrial waste streams, and Reverse Osmosis Units for producing high-purity process water. TTX Environmental takes a consultative approach — their engineers evaluate a customer's wastewater streams before recommending systems, and all products feature modular components for straightforward installation and future expansion flexibility. The parent company Therma-Tron-X also produces heat processing equipment (including the Toro IR infrared oven line), automated finishing systems under the SST brand covering E-coat, autodeposition, liquid coating, and powder coating processes, and material handling systems. TTX operates a Mexican subsidiary (TTX Internacional in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León) and maintains a sales office in Crystal Lake, Illinois, with Spanish-language support available. Markets served span industrial water treatment, metal finishing, automotive, and general manufacturing sectors.
