Triton Industries LLC, based in Lottie, Louisiana since 1997, manufactures portable industrial vacuum equipment, road crossing and hose protection systems, and tank cleaning gear operating across six continents with installations in the US, Arctic Circle, Caribbean, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. The company's trademarked Simple Minded Engineering philosophy produces vacuum systems that cost 40 to 60 percent less than conventional vacuum truck alternatives while offering greater portability — units are transportable by pickup truck and forklift — quieter operation, and inherently safer design. Product lines include the Brahman Systems road crossing and hose protection units featuring patented all-steel enclosed construction (US Patent 8,001,643 B1), load-tested to 125,000 lbs with 4-inch and 6-inch pocket sizes, 4-3/4 and 6-3/4 inch ground clearance options, and 12-foot connectable board sections; The Twister and Hot Rod Twister portable vacuum units with customization options; 2500 Series vacuum trailers; 1500 Series electric skid-mounted units; 500 Series portable vacuums; the Kraken vacuum loading and discharge system; and a Solids Recovery Package. All vacuum equipment is available in Class I Division I and Class I Division II hazardous installation ratings. Triton won the 2011 NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership Award for Excellence in Innovation and serves shipyards, refineries, chemical plants, and barge companies with clients including Halliburton and ExxonMobil.
