TRAIDENIS
About
JSC Traidenis, founded in 1996 in Alytus, Lithuania, was the first Lithuanian company to manufacture wastewater treatment plants from glass-reinforced plastic (GRP). Using proprietary Cross Filament Winding technology with production lines installed in 2007 and expanded between 2011 and 2018, the company produces cylindrical tanks up to 5 meters in diameter and modular systems reaching 5,000 cubic meters capacity. Their residential NV-type wastewater treatment plants achieve 95–98% pollutant removal without internal moving parts, available in NV-A (two-chamber), NV-M (with integrated sludge dewatering bags), and NV-T (with sludge thickening) configurations, plus the fifth-generation NV Comfort line with simplified maintenance. The HNV-type modular biological treatment systems serve settlements from 200 m³/day upward, scaling through modular expansion for growing communities. Traidenis also manufactures chemically resistant tanks using Derakane and Hetron resins rated for pH 0–14 and temperatures from -50°C to +150°C, triple-wall thermo-insulated tanks with polyurethane insulation providing 4.8 m²·K/W thermal resistance, GRP pump stations, oil separators rated for 1–5 L/s, biogas scrubbers for hydrogen sulfide removal at anaerobic digestion facilities, firewater reservoirs, silo tanks, and closed-loop aquaculture recirculating systems. The company holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, provides a 20-year structural warranty on underground tanks, and exports to over 27 countries across Europe and Asia.
Key Products
Compact aerobic biological treatment systems for individual houses, achieving 95-98% pollutant removal with no internal moving parts, available in NV-A (two-chamber), NV-M (with sludge dewatering bags), and NV-T (with sludge thickening) variants.
Fifth-generation residential wastewater treatment systems with improved efficiency and simplified maintenance for homes without centralized sewage access.
Modular biological wastewater treatment systems designed for settlements and new developments with capacities from 200 m³/day and above, scalable through modular expansion.
