TIBATEK GmbH, founded in 2016 and based in Borken, Germany, is a civil engineering equipment manufacturer spun off from the construction firm Klaus Stewering GmbH & Co. KG after development of its flagship Flüssigbodenschaufel in 2015. Part of Firmengruppe Stewering, the company designs, manufactures, rents, and sells specialized equipment for underground pipeline, sewer, and utility trench construction. The centerpiece product line is the Flüssigbodenschaufel (FBS) fluid-soil shovel — an excavator attachment that mixes excavated soil with compound and water directly on-site to produce ZFSV fluid soil for pipeline bedding and trench reinstatement. It comes in three sizes: FBS 800 (0.8 m³, 16 t excavators), FBS 1000 (1.0 m³, 20 t excavators), and FBS 2000 (2.0 m³, 35 t excavators), paired with the Flüssigboden-Compound additive for load-bearing, root-resistant, gas-permeable backfill. The Dosiermaster is a hydraulic dosing bucket for precise placement of concrete, fluid soil, and semi-liquids (consistency classes F4–F6), operable by one person from the excavator cab. The Rohrmaster handles loading, transporting, and laying reinforced concrete pipes from 400–1,200 mm inner diameter (600–4,500 kg). The Schachtmütze (model SW10003) is a 87 kg steel shaft cap protecting manholes up to DN 1500 during backfilling. The Verbauzieher trench shoring puller (2.4 t self-weight, 16 t minimum excavator) removes shoring panels without manual effort. Additional products include Absturzsicherung fall-protection barriers, Böschungsleitern slope ladders, Spundwandleitern sheet-pile ladders, Kettenständer chain hanger stands, and Schnellwechsler hydraulic quick-coupler systems.
