Superior Signal Company LLC, founded in 1954 and based in Old Bridge, New Jersey, manufactures smoke-generating devices and ultrasonic leak detection instruments for municipal, industrial, and military applications. All products are designed, made, and serviced in the USA. Their smoke product line includes candles in four burn-time configurations (1A at 30 seconds, 2B at 60 seconds, 3C at 3 minutes, and W3C double-wick at 3 minutes), encapsulated pellets, and two plumbing blower platforms: the 5E Electric Smoke Blower and the battery-powered 5E FLEX. For sewer inflow and infiltration studies, they offer manhole blowers in both air/smoke (10-S through 30-S) and liquid smoke (10-L through 30-L) configurations.
