Structural Technologies, part of the Structural Group family of companies based in Columbia, Maryland, delivers proprietary repair and rehabilitation systems for aging infrastructure across water and wastewater, transportation, industrial, power, and federal markets. The company operates through an Investigate-Design-Build project delivery model and has completed over 500 pipeline inspection and rehabilitation projects. Its water infrastructure portfolio is anchored by the StrongPIPE brand, which encompasses four pipe rehabilitation systems: V-Wrap Carbon Fiber internal lining (using C400HM, C400H, C220B, C200H, C200HM carbon fiber fabrics and EG50, EG50B glass fiber fabrics, all ICC-ES approved and NSF 61/Annex G certified for potable water contact), the SCL System combining steel wire with FRP composites for pipes 42 inches and larger, the PALTEM Flow-Ring System for medium-to-large diameter pipes of all shapes, and the XPT External Post-Tensioning System. Beyond pipe rehabilitation, Structural Technologies offers VSL post-tensioning systems, the Tstrata structural strengthening brand launched in 2026, Composite Strengthening Systems acquired from Simpson Strong-Tie, corrosion mitigation solutions, advanced geotechnical and waterproofing systems, and specialty bridge systems. The company also provides StrucView, a cloud-based asset management platform. Recent expansion includes the acquisition of Vector Construction, adding nine branch offices across the United States and Canada.
