SSI Aeration, Inc. has manufactured fine bubble diffusers and aeration systems since 1995 from its headquarters at 4 Tucker Drive in Poughkeepsie, New York, with global offices in Italy, India, South Korea, Dubai, and China. The company produces up to 1.1 million disc diffusers and 300,000 tube diffusers annually across installations in over 85 countries. The disc diffuser lineup includes the ECD single-mold series in 7-inch (ECD215), 9-inch (ECD270), and 12-inch (ECD350) sizes, plus the AFD three-piece series in 9-inch (AFD270) and 12-inch (AFD350) with replaceable membranes. Tube diffusers include the AFT21000 (2-inch, 62mm) and AFT31000 (3-inch, 91mm) in 500mm, 750mm, and 1000mm lengths, and the ECT70 single-mold half-moon shape achieving SOTE up to 8 percent per meter. Coarse bubble options include the AFC75, Relia Ball, and WBCB models. Membrane materials span EPDM, PTFE-coated EPDM, FEPDM, Viton, silicone, and polyurethane. SSI's PODs system factory-assembles diffusers onto laterals to cut installation time by 20 to 25 percent, while 38 percent thicker piping with double-rod support and double anchors ensures grid durability. SSI Telemetry provides real-time monitoring of dynamic wet pressure, airflow, temperature, vibration, and pipe roll-over. The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified and Build America Buy America compliant, offering full design services including CFD modeling, BioWin simulation, and 3D animation.
