About
Spaleck GmbH & Co. KG, founded in 1869 and headquartered in Bocholt, Germany, is a fifth-generation family-owned manufacturer of screening, separation, and conveying technology with a manufacturing depth exceeding 90%. The company operates across six business divisions: recycling screening, pharmaceutical and food screening, metal fabrication, precision parts, surface finishing, and water treatment. In recycling, Spaleck's core WERTSTOFFSIEBE screening machines handle coarse screening, grading, fine-screening, and dewatering of waste streams including shredder fractions, ASR, ZORBA, e-scrap, construction and demolition waste, wood, compost, plastics (PET flakes, LVP), batteries, and incinerator bottom ash. The 3D COMBI series offers double-deck vibrating screens up to 2×10 m or 3×10 m, while SPANNWELLENSIEBE tension wave screens address fine-screening applications. Mobile screening plants are produced in partnership with Terex Finlay (883+ SPALECK configuration). The Stangensizer bar sizer handles coarse pre-separation, and dedicated dewatering screens and control screening machines round out the range. Conveying technology includes Förderrinnen vibrating feed chutes, the ActiveCLEAN self-cleaning feed chute (marketed as the world's first cleaning-free solution for slag processing), ActiveFEED intelligent material feed hoppers, and SPALECK CONNECT Industry 4.0 predictive maintenance monitoring. ModularDESIGN+ ensures every machine can be reconfigured for future material changes. Beyond recycling, Spaleck produces Pharma-Siebmaschinen and ComfortLINE screening equipment for GMP-compliant pharmaceutical and food applications. The water treatment division includes the RedBOX electrocoagulation system, vacuum belt filters, and membrane plants for industrial wastewater. Metal fabrication capabilities encompass laser cutting, robotic welding (certified to DIN EN 15085-2 CL1), CNC machining, and surface finishing including vibratory finishing and electroplating. Spaleck holds an EcoVadis Silver Medal and is a member of Klimaschutz-Unternehmen e.V. The Bocholt TestCenter allows customers to trial materials on production-scale equipment before purchase.
