SIGMADAF Clarifiers S.L. is a Spanish manufacturer of dissolved air flotation and biological wastewater treatment equipment with over 30 years of experience, installations in more than 40 countries, and over 1,500 units delivered worldwide. The company operates a 12,000 m² production facility where all equipment is 100% manufactured in-house, ensuring quality control and on-time delivery. SIGMADAF's DAF product line is comprehensive: the FPAC series handles high pollutant loads (5–160 m³/hr) using cross-flow clarification with a patented counter-rotating skimming system achieving 3–4× higher dry solids content; the FPBC series serves low-to-medium loads (5–175 m³/hr) with counter-current flow and inclined lamellar plate packs; the FPHF series addresses large flows (200–1,000 m³/hr) combining both flow technologies; and the MEGADAF FPAC-CW and FPBC-CW concrete tank systems handle flows exceeding 1,000 m³/hr per unit with integrated coagulation/flocculation chambers. Beyond DAF, SIGMADAF manufactures compact DAF units with integrated physico-chemical treatment, polypropylene DAF units, CAF (cavitation air flotation) systems, flocculators, MBR and MBBR biological treatment plants, compact membrane filtration stations, FBR bioflotation reactors, and filter presses for sludge dewatering.
