Santes Incinerator Çevre Teknolojileri is a Turkish environmental technology company founded in 1990 and headquartered in Ankara, operating from a 7,000 m² production facility with 3,500 m² of office space. All systems feature primary combustion at 800-1,000°C with post-combustion at 850-1,100°C and a minimum 2-second residence time, achieving 99.99% organic destruction efficiency. Flue gas treatment options include RETOX regenerative thermal oxidizers, wet scrubbers, and dry scrubbers. Energy recovery configurations produce hot water, thermal oil, hot air, steam, or electricity via ORC turbines. A notable project includes a 2 ton/h textile waste system generating 940 kW of electricity. Mobile incinerator configurations are available for outbreak response such as avian flu.
