Reprotex GmbH
About
Reprotex GmbH, based in Linz, Austria, develops and manufactures mobile water treatment plants that recycle industrial wastewater into reusable clean water through closed-loop chemically-physical processes. The flagship MFD R200 is a containerized system housed in a 20-foot insulated enclosure weighing 5,500 kilograms, treating up to 200 liters per minute through flocculation, sedimentation, and multi-stage fine filtration down to sub-micrometer particle sizes, with CO2-based pH neutralization and PLC-controlled proportional dosing. It converts 100 percent of incoming wastewater into 99 percent reusable clear water and 1 percent solid sludge deposited in Big Bags via the companion MDD mobile sludge dewatering unit, which operates synchronously with the filtration system. The compact ELA 200, built into a 1.1 by 1.7 by 2.1 meter steel box weighing approximately 1,000 kilograms, provides the same 200 liter per minute treatment capacity with flocculant and polymer dosing and optional sand and bag filtration module for 10 micrometer output at 100 liters per minute. All systems feature fully automated operation with 3G, 4G, and LTE remote monitoring and are designed for rapid deployment across climate zones. Reprotex also developed the world's first mobile tunnel cleaning train that recycles processed wastewater in continuous circulation during operation. The company serves construction, tunnel and street maintenance, dockyard and maritime, and industrial sectors including dam infrastructure projects, and offers systems for purchase, rental, or leasing.
Key Products
Containerized chemically-physical treatment system processing up to 200 L/min with flocculation, sedimentation, and multi-stage fine filtration down to <1 micrometer, achieving 99% water recovery.
Compact steel-box treatment unit treating up to 200 L/min with flocculant/polymer dosing and CO2 pH neutralization, with optional sand/bag filtration module for 10 micrometer output.
Mobile sludge dewatering system that operates synchronously with the MFD_R200 filtration system, depositing dewatered sludge into Big Bags for disposal.
First worldwide system that recycles processed wastewater in permanent circulation on a moving train, using multi-stage filtration to enable largely water-self-sufficient tunnel cleaning operations.
All MFD, MDD, and ELA product lines available for lease or rental rather than purchase, with custom engineering for higher-volume applications.
3G/4G/LTE remote access for real-time monitoring, process visualization, and maintenance of all deployed treatment systems.
