Rausch USA, established in 2004 as the American subsidiary of Germany-based Rausch GmbH, designs and manufactures CCTV pipeline inspection systems and trenchless point repair equipment for sewer and underground infrastructure. The company offers two tiers of mainline inspection systems—Premium and Comfort—configurable as van-mounted, box truck, trailer, or custom vehicle installations for pipes from 6 to 98 inches in diameter. Rausch pioneered Full HD transmission over copper cables without fiber optics. The crawler platform includes the compact L 90, the larger L 135 Tractor, and the Lafette, paired with KS 40, KS 60 HD, and KS 135 HD high-definition cameras. The Rausch Rehab division supplies the RRcure1500c UV curing system for CIPP rehabilitation and the RRC1 milling robotics system for pipe surface preparation. Rausch also provides Owl Vision manhole inspection, jetting systems, joint pressure testing, and inspection software. The company sells through a nationwide dealer network and offers cooperative purchasing through Sourcewell, HGACBuy, and CO-Stars.
