Rädlinger Primus Line GmbH
About
Rädlinger Primus Line GmbH, founded in 2001 as part of the Werner Rädlinger Group and headquartered in Cham, Bavaria with production facilities in Weiding, manufactures flexible Kevlar-reinforced pipe lining systems for trenchless rehabilitation of pressure pipelines. With over 1,328 kilometers of liner installed worldwide across more than 25 years, the company's core technology is a mechanically installed liner that requires no resin, no gluing, and no curing, sitting freely inside the host pipe. The three-layer construction pairs an inner layer of PE or TPU (selected based on the transported medium) with a Kevlar fabric reinforcement up to ten times stronger than steel of equal weight, and a protective outer layer. The product range includes four liner types: the W-Liner for water applications using PE inner and outer layers (DN 150-500, up to 1,189 psi), the G-Liner for gas with a TPU inner layer and H2ready certification for hydrogen service (DN 150-500, up to 740 psi), the O-Liner for oil and petrochemical transport with TPU inner layer and API 15S rating (DN 150-500, up to 744 psi), and the F-Liner for flexible above-ground or temporary piping applications. Three connector variants serve different installation needs: the M-Connector provides purely mechanical, reusable connections via hydraulic pressing with no resin required; the R-Connector uses two-component resin bonded under pressure for tension-resistant, wall-mountable installations; and the Q-Connector offers quick-connect coupling compatible with Victaulic notching for F-Liner above-ground configurations. Primus Line holds comprehensive drinking water certifications including KTW-BWGL, DVGW, NSF/ANSI/CAN 61, WRAS, ACS, SVGW, and AS/NZS 4020, and is uniquely DGUV-certified as a low-emission method for rehabilitating asbestos cement pressure pipes. The company operates subsidiaries in Charlotte (USA), Sydney (Australia), and Toronto (Canada).
