ProMinent Fluid Controls, the US subsidiary of Heidelberg, Germany-based ProMinent GmbH, manufactures metering pumps, disinfection systems, and water treatment solutions for industrial and municipal customers across more than 40 countries. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, earned the TOP 100 innovation seal in 2023, and maintains Build America Buy America compliance for many product lines. The metering pump portfolio includes the beta/X diaphragm pump (0.003–13.2 gph, 29–232 psi), gamma/X and XL solenoid-driven pumps with intelligent model-based control for outgassing media, motor-driven pumps, peristaltic pumps, and process metering pumps in hydraulic diaphragm, standard diaphragm, and plunger configurations. Polymer preparation systems span ProMix-H hydraulic blending (no moving parts, low energy), ProMix-S three-chamber mixing for optimized polymer use, and ProMix-M (up to 1,500 GPH primary dilution). The DULCODOS ULFb handles polymer preparation at 500–10,000 l/h, while DULCODOS SAFE-IBC provides dosing for filter disinfection and PumpShield encloses pumps up to 20.74 GPH and 363 psi. Disinfection lines encompass UV, ozone, chlorine dioxide, and electrolysis (CHLORINSITU V) systems, plus the ProCal SV granular calcium hypochlorite feeder for pools. Measurement and control products include DULCOMETER controllers (diaLog C single-channel, AirGuard trichloramine monitor at 0–0.41 ppm), CTE2/CTE3 total chlorine sensors, H2O2 and PAA sensors without cross-sensitivity, and DULCOLEVEL radar level sensing. Membrane technology covers nanofiltration, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis. The DULCONNEX digital platform provides connected inventory management and fluid monitoring, and the Modular BAMa bypass fitting earned the iF Design Award 2023 Gold.
