Press-Seal
About
Press-Seal Corporation, established in 1954 and headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is a third-generation family-owned manufacturer of rubber gaskets, sealants, and underground infrastructure sealing products. The company distinguishes itself as the only manhole gasket manufacturer that compounds and develops its own rubber formulations in-house, providing full vertical integration from raw material to finished product. Their underground infrastructure product lines span manhole boot connectors and cast-in connectors for precast concrete structures, concrete pipe gaskets, corrugated HDPE sealing products, PVC and PVCO pipe gaskets, butyl sealant and lubricants, HDPE and waterstop grouting rings, and manhole coring machines for retrofit installations. Press-Seal also maintains a railroad fastener division supplying trackwork components for freight and transit rail applications, and offers custom manufacturing capabilities in rubber extrusion, thermoplastic molding, and rubber molding alongside a tool and die division for high-precision tooling. The company serves four primary markets: stormwater, wastewater (both septic and sanitary), waterworks (potable water), and rail and transit. Press-Seal holds ISO 9001 registration and NSF independent certification, and maintains industry affiliations with ACPA, AREMA, ASTM, NPCA, Uni-Bell PVC Pipe Association, and QCast. Field teams travel across the United States providing on-site technical support.
