Plum Membrane Technology Co.,Ltd.
About
Plum Membrane Technology Co., Ltd. (Anhui Plum Membrane Technology), established in 2004 and based in Hefei, Anhui Province, China, develops and manufactures membrane separation systems for industrial wastewater zero liquid discharge and advanced fluid purification. With over 100 patents and 500+ projects delivered worldwide, Plum operates on an integrated technical platform built around three self-developed core technologies: PEK (Polyetherketone) tubular membranes resistant to acid, alkali, and oil with high flux and easy cleaning; selective nanofiltration for continuous UF and NF salt fractionation; and HRCC high-recovery continuous concentration reverse osmosis. The PEK tubular membrane line includes cross-flow MBR, air-lift MBR, and anaerobic MBR (AnMBR) configurations for biological treatment of challenging high-solids, high-oil, and high-salinity waste streams. Application-specific ZLD systems address cooling blowdown reuse, mine water treatment, FGD wastewater, coal chemical effluents, and landfill leachate — notably an all-NF process for leachate that eliminates the need for reverse osmosis. The food and biochemical division covers starch sugar clarification, allulose purification, HFCS purification, lactic acid decolorization, and botanical extract processing. Plum provides end-to-end delivery from laboratory validation through pilot testing to full-scale engineering, with reference installations including a 235 m3/h municipal reclaimed water project and a 50,000 ton/year lactic acid NF purification system.
