Ball valves range from 3/8 to 4 inches with trunnion safety design and dual sliding seats for bubble-tight shutoff. Check valves from 1/2 to 4 inches feature a patented diaphragm with normally-closed, bubble-tight seal. Pressure regulators from 1/2 to 4 inches come in spring, air, differential, and ultra-pure controlled designs; the ultra-pure version features a convoluted TFM diaphragm meeting SEMI F-57 specifications with no external fasteners.
