Pipetronics GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Stutensee near Karlsruhe with a Swiss subsidiary in Dübendorf, develops and manufactures robotic systems for trenchless sewer rehabilitation. Formed in 2016 from the merger of RELINEROBOTICS and Pipe-Robo-Tec, the company expanded its sealing portfolio in 2022 when Pipe-Seal-Tec merged into the group. Pipetronics' flagship is the eMulti robot system, which integrates six rehabilitation technologies — milling, filling, grouting, hat setting, water jet cutting, and internal sealing sleeve setting — in a single platform. The electric eCutter EF-150 mills main sewers from DN 150, while the eCutter lateral and eCutter lateral water (with integrated high-pressure supply) handle house connections in DN 75-250 pipes. The hydraulic PI.Cutter FR-150 provides heavy-duty milling force. For material application, the PI.TRON family includes the SR-150 filling system and SM-150 grouting system, both compatible with third-party robots. Internal sealing is covered by Pipe-Seal-Fix (joints and leaks), Pipe-Seal-Flex (dimensional changes), PipeSeal-End (liner end sleeves), and RedEx solutions. Pipetronics also supplies approved epoxy resins for sewer rehabilitation, Quickland diesel generators (6-27 kW) for on-site power, and customized vehicle conversions from 3.5-tonne Sprinters to full truck bodies.
