Picote Solutions Oy Ltd
About
Picote Solutions Oy, founded in 2008 in Finland as a spinoff from Picote Oy's contracting operations, designs and manufactures trenchless pipeline rehabilitation equipment for drains, sewers, and lateral connections ranging from DN32 to DN300 (1.25–12 inches). The company's flagship Picote Miller series encompasses compact high-speed machines driven by flexible shafts (8mm to 18mm) for cutting, cleaning, and coating inside building drainage stacks and lateral connections without excavation. The current lineup includes the Mini Cleaner and Mini Miller (8mm shaft), Midi Cleaner (10mm), Super Midi Miller (12mm), Maxi Miller and Maxi Miller Plus (12mm), and the heavy-duty Maxi Power+ (18mm), with battery-powered and CCTV-integrated (+C) variants. For descaling and surface preparation, Picote offers Original, Tiger, Premium, PVC, Cyclone, and 3D chain configurations alongside Smart Spider and Smart Sweeper conforming-wall tools and the Twister Metal Grinder. Cutting and reinstatement tools include the Mini Multi-Cutter, Twister Lateral Cutters (Mini Flexi, Express, Tiger, Standard), Smart Cutter series, and Smart Crusher+ for failed liner removal. The Brush Coating system enables in-situ application of 100% solids epoxy resin through dedicated Mini and Maxi Coating Pumps with the Smart Mixer 2.0 for two-component blending. CIPP lining equipment includes inversion drums, Connection Collar System 2.0, Pro Packers, Midi Steamer, Pressure Guard, Smart Control Unit, and Curing Caps. The Flexi-Sliplining system provides pipe-within-a-pipe renewal using flexible Tri-flexi pipe. Robot tool attachments serve Schwalm Talpa robotic platforms, and the Picote Institute delivers global training, consulting, and technical support.
