Phase Technologies, based in Rapid City, South Dakota, engineers and manufactures digital phase converters and variable frequency drives at their US facility, with all products designed, built, and tested domestically. The company is recognized as the producer of the Phase Perfect digital phase converter — claimed to be the world's only digital phase converter — which enables three-phase motor operation from single-phase power with 98.7% full-load efficiency and voltage balance within 2%.
