About

Orival Inc. has manufactured automatic self-cleaning water filters and strainers since its founding in 1986, with installations spanning more than 40 countries and customers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to federal government agencies and municipalities. Headquartered in New Jersey, the company offers eight distinct filter series covering flow rates from 27 to 12,000 GPM and line sizes from 0.75 to 24 inches. The OR Series handles general industrial filtration at 110–8,100 GPM, while the compact ORV Series targets small-flow applications at 27 GPM on 0.75–1 inch lines. The ORG Series covers mid-range flows from 65 to 1,760 GPM, and the ORZ and ORE/B Series both reach up to 12,000 GPM. The ORE/B is the sole electrically powered model, operating on 110-120V/60Hz or 220-240V/50Hz, while all other automatic units run on line pressure alone. The ORC Series addresses very high flows from 450 to 12,000 GPM, and the ORS Series spans 440 to 5,300 GPM. The ORM Series provides manual filtration from 35 to 1,320 GPM. All automatic models feature stainless steel or carbon steel construction rated to 150°F (140°F for the ORM). Custom systems include skid-mounted, manifold, enclosed, and portable configurations. Industrial markets include aerospace, automotive, beverage, chemical, electronics, food, and HVAC, while irrigation applications serve farms, golf courses, greenhouses, and vineyards.
