ORI Abwassertechnik GmbH & Co. KG, established in 1946 and based in Hille, East Westphalia, Germany, develops and manufactures wastewater sampling and measurement systems under the NEMO brand. The family-owned company, led by CEO Jörg Bödecker, is the only manufacturer in its sector producing nearly its entire product range under ATEX/IECEx certification for explosive atmospheres such as sewer networks. ORI's mobile sampler line includes the NEMO 1 M PP peristaltic pump sampler, NEMO 1 M H hybrid sampler with a dosing range of 10 to 26,000 ml, NEMO 1 M V vacuum membrane sampler, and AquaSamp Mini portable unit. Stationary samplers range from the NEMO 1/2 S X through the NEMO 1/2 S X-Industry with integrated homogenizing and weighing, to the NEMO 1/2 W X wall-mount model. The NEMO T transmitter supports up to 10 measurement channels with plug-and-play Mettler Toledo ISM and EOG sensor connectivity, optional LTE modem, and integrated sampling control. ORI's proprietary iSampling method combines time-weighted and event-driven sampling with continuous sensor measurement. The ORIMcloud platform provides remote data access and CSV export, while LiveSewer adds 24/7 monitoring with AI-supported anomaly detection. The Enviro Guardian System enables rapid pollution source identification and cost allocation. ORI offers four service tiers from basic device rental through full 24/7 monitoring with AI anomaly detection.
