Orbinox

Orbinox is a knife gate valve manufacturer with over 50 years of experience supplying valve solutions to water treatment, mining, power generation, pulp and paper, and chemical industries across more than 70 countries. The knife gate valve range includes the EX uni-directional wafer series (DN 50–1200, up to 10 bar), the EW series meeting AWWA C520-14 for municipal water infrastructure (DN 50–900 in ductile iron with stainless steel gates), SER.20 uni-directional lug valves per MSS SP-81, and bi-directional options including SER.11 wafer, SER.22 lug, and BR stainless-steel-ring valves. For demanding media, SER.30/32/34 through-conduit valves handle high-consistency applications, while SER.61/65/68 slurry valves with rubber sleeves serve mining up to 20 bar. The SER.75 (EP) polyurethane-lined lug valve targets mining operations. Orbinox also manufactures penstocks and slide gates — including MU wall-mounted, CC channel, RB weir, AG stop gate, and RR/RC flap gate models — for water treatment, desalination, irrigation, storm tanks, and flood control. Hydraulic works products include fixed cone valves, bonneted gates, and turbine protection butterfly valves for dams and reservoirs. Pinch valves serve water treatment, mining, and chemical markets. Damper Technology Canada (DTL) is part of the Orbinox Group, and a new 40,000 sq ft distribution center opens in Minden, Nevada in spring 2026.
