The company develops and manufactures automated ultra-high-pressure (UHP) robotic systems for industrial coating removal, surface preparation, and wastewater treatment. OFTEC's magnet crawler line includes four models: the VacuMag 3000 with rotary union and vacuum pot for cleaning metallic surfaces on tanks and offshore structures, the VacuMag P450 with a wider 450 mm working path for higher removal rates, the CUBE S3 compact unit for precise decoating and fast cleaning with interchangeable water tools or sandblasting nozzles, and the CUBE V3 maneuverable unit for confined and hard-to-reach areas. All crawlers operate remotely via radio control, fit through standard manholes, and can work continuously 24/7 — up to five times faster than manual UHP operations. Complementing the crawler line are UHP water tools rated to 3,000 bar, industrial vacuum systems for controlled debris collection, mobile wastewater treatment plants that process effluent from UHP operations for closed-loop recycling, and the Track-Line modular rail guidance system. A rental fleet of 45+ devices and a 400 m² application center with a 75 m² steel wall support testing and demonstration. OFTEC serves refineries, power plants, shipyards, and offshore platforms.
