Norweco
About
Norwalk Wastewater Equipment Company (Norweco), founded in 1906 and headquartered in Norwalk, Ohio, manufactures water and wastewater treatment products, systems, and chemicals with a specialization in small-flow applications from single-family residences through small-community municipal plants. The residential product line includes the Singulair R3, which reduces, reuses, and recycles treated wastewater for both indoor and outdoor reuse; the Singulair Green, combining extended aeration with flow equalization, pretreatment, clarification, and tertiary filtration in a single tank; and the Hydro-Kinetic Green, employing attached-growth biofilm filtration with nitrification-denitrification technology. For commercial and semi-public installations, the Modulair and Travalair systems treat flows from 1,500 to 500,000 gallons per day, with the Lift-Rail System offering modular expansion capability. On the chemical side, Norweco manufactures Phos-4-Fade phosphorus reduction tablets, Blue Crystal chlorination product, and Bio-Dynamic treatment chemicals, along with dosing equipment for automated chlorination and dechlorination across residential, commercial, and municipal scales including fire hydrant flushing operations. The Service Pro monitoring platform provides remote oversight of installed treatment systems. All Norweco products carry NSF International certification and are distributed through a network of licensed dealers across North America and internationally.
