Next Turbo Technologies S.p.A., founded in 2014 and headquartered in Inarzo near Varese, Italy, designs and manufactures integrally geared single-stage centrifugal turbocompressors for aeration, oxidation, and industrial air applications. The company operates a 3,000-plus square meter facility with in-house CNC machining, assembly, and a fully automated performance test center equipped with a two megawatt transformer and 1,350 kW variable frequency drive, where every machine undergoes full-load performance testing per ISO 5389 or ASME PTC-10 and PTC-13 standards before shipment. Two primary turbocompressor series cover the power range from 37 kW to over 2,000 kW. The GTB Series uses hybrid ceramic bearings and is available up to 500 kW drive power in baseframe or compact console configurations. The GTH Series employs hydrodynamic tilting pad bearings for larger airflows, rated up to 2,000 kW in baseframe configuration only. Frame sizes span T10 through T60, with model naming convention such as GTB-T20-XZ denoting bearing type, frame size, and regulation control. Key technologies include Variable Diffuser Vanes for turndown from below 40 to 100 percent at constant speed without discharge pressure loss, Inlet Guide Vanes that pre-rotate incoming air to adapt to fluctuating ambient conditions, and two-point control combining both for the widest efficient operating range. Each impeller is custom-milled from forged aluminum alloy and calculated per project based on ambient temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, and process requirements. Enclosure options include the Compact Plug and Play package with integrated softstarter and motor control center, and the Modular Enclosure Package with customizable acoustic panels and discharge adjustable in 15-degree intervals. All products are manufactured in Europe and the company holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, and SA8000 certifications.
