Neptune Chemical Pump
About
Neptune Chemical Pump Company, a PSG Dover brand established in 1961, specializes in chemical metering pumps and packaged dosing systems for water and wastewater treatment, industrial processing, agriculture, and oil and gas markets. The company's flagship hydraulic diaphragm metering pump lines include the Series 500 dia-PUMP (available in simplex and duplex configurations with capacities from 0.2 to 80 gph at pressures up to 3,000 psi) and the Series 600 dia-PUMP (high-volume units ranging 126 to 641 gph at pressures to 600 psi). Both series employ Neptune's Variable Oil By-Pass stroke adjustment for precise capacity control from 10% to 100% and feature EZE-CLEAN valve cartridges that can be serviced without disturbing piping. Liquid-end materials include 316 stainless steel, PVC, C-20 Alloy 20, and Kynar PVDF for aggressive chemical service. Additional pump lines include the Series 8000 for high-volume low-pressure applications, the V-Pump for viscous fluids up to 5,000 cP, the tubular diaphragm 500-T for slurries up to 10% solids, the MP7000 mechanical diaphragm pump with an oil-free gearbox, the 7000Z for volatile chemicals, the PZ Series electronic solenoid pump with 600:1 turndown, the Solar D solar-powered injection pump for remote wells, and the Abaque peristaltic hose pump. Neptune also manufactures complete packaged chemical feed systems, polymer makedown and blending units, bromine and glycol feeders, by-pass feeders, and a full line of dosing accessories including back-pressure valves, calibration cylinders, injection quills, pulsation dampeners, and pressure relief valves.
