Monroe Environmental Corp
About
Monroe Environmental, founded in 1971 and headquartered in Monroe, Michigan, is a family-owned manufacturer providing custom-engineered air pollution control and water and wastewater treatment systems to industries including automotive, aerospace, steel, food and beverage, oil and gas, mining, power generation, and chemical processing. The company holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and staffs P.E.-licensed engineers across multiple states, with additional offices in Houston, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia. In air pollution control, Monroe designs and builds packed bed wet scrubbers including cross-flow configurations, venturi scrubbers, quench towers and condensers, multi-stage scrubbing systems, wet electrostatic precipitators (WESPs), carbon adsorbers, cartridge dust collectors, explosive dust collection systems, and three tiers of oil mist collectors: Compact Mist Collectors, multi-stage units, and fiber bed mist collectors. Water and wastewater treatment products include circular primary, secondary, and solids contact clarifiers; circular thickeners; lamella plate and horizontal plate clarifiers; API separators; plate settlers; sludge collectors; air strippers; oil skimmers; and the X-Flo Mobile Clarifier for emergency or bypass treatment. Monroe also offers rebuilds and retrofits for both scrubbers and clarifiers, pilot and rental equipment, construction management and turnkey installation services, assessments and equipment evaluations, and the proprietary Monroe Method for project delivery.
