Microtronics serves wastewater utilities, drinking water network operators, surface water and flood warning authorities, energy managers, and power grid operators. The company's hardware portfolio is anchored by the Jellox data logger, an autonomous, ATEX Zone 1-certified field device designed for long-term deployment in harsh environments such as sewers, manholes, and combined sewer overflow basins. Jellox supports a wide range of connected sensors including H₂S, radar level, pressure, and 4-20 mA inputs, stores measurements with precise time synchronization at the source, and bridges network outages via local buffering. The Jellox Pulse variant extends the platform to bulk water meter monitoring and leak detection through pulse-counting inputs. For less demanding field installations, the myDatalogEasy IoTmini provides compact, self-sufficient operation on battery or solar power, while the myDatalogEASY IoT serves as a versatile hub for flood early warning and environmental monitoring applications. The myDatalogC3 is engineered for cabinet and switchboard installation, primarily supporting energy monitoring deployments. The nivelo sensor measures groundwater levels in observation wells. All devices feed data into the Microtronics IoT Platform, which provides centralized device and data management, real-time alarming, remote configuration, over-the-air software updates, predictive AI-supported analytics, and open interfaces including RESTful API and OPC-UA for SCADA integration. The platform also offers Studio and Library tools for developers building custom integrations. Microtronics won TOP 3 at the Lower Austria Innovation Award (NÖ Innovationspreis) for its heavy rain early detection system.
