The company's flagship LÜRA steel partition wall is a hollow-body panel fabricated from 6mm steel plate, filled on-site with sand, gravel, or water for ballast, and connected via a patented tongue-and-groove locking mechanism using only screws — no foundation required for most installations. Walls reach heights exceeding 8 meters, are fully demountable and reusable with a service life over 20 years, and retain 20–30% residual material value. The smooth, joint-free steel surface eliminates material contamination and residual carryover that afflicts concrete alternatives. LÜRA offers four bulk goods hall configurations: Pultdachhalle (lean-to/single-pitch roof), Satteldachhalle (gable roof), Rundbogenhalle (barrel vault/arched roof), and Schiebedachhalle (sliding roof), where partition walls simultaneously serve as structural framework and bulk containment. The Schüttgutboxen (bulk storage boxes) provide modular yard organization for materials ranging from steel scrap and asphalt to grain, wood, and glass. Complementary products include steel floors and ground protection panels for storage areas, and WHG-compliant (German Water Resources Act) complete solutions for water management and flood protection projects. All engineering, structural calculations, and manufacturing are consolidated at the Wesel facility.
