LK Metallwaren GmbH, headquartered in Schwabach (Mittelfranken) and Weißandt-Gölzau (Anhalt), Germany, celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2026 as a manufacturer of industrial water treatment systems. A WHG-certified specialist company per §62 AwSV and ISO 9001 certified, LK Metallwaren serves automotive, metalworking, foundry, electroplating, paper, petrochemical, and municipal sectors. The System H light liquid separator line features stainless steel V2A/V4A construction with DiBt type approval, including the LK A6 UNO/DUO coalescence separators and silicone-free variants. Tangential separators achieve three-phase separation (light phase, clean water, sediment) down to 5 µm particle size with a double-acting oil extractor and optional semi- or fully automatic airlock. The membrane filtration division offers crossflow ultrafiltration and nanofiltration using ceramic or stainless steel membranes, available as the LK-Aquafil Compact System (plug-and-play, approximately 2.5 m³/h) or in modular configurations including the LK AF 4-1200, LK Compact Filtration 12-1200, and LK Filtration Modular UNIT 36-1200 series. Chemical-physical treatment is handled by the Lugan 3000 series, covering flotation, flocculation, and chemical treatment from compact to complete plant configurations with optional intelligent flocculation control. Additional products include mobile separators (road-legal, TÜV-certified, available for rental), WHG-compliant collection trays and drip pans, pontoon and pipe-guided skimmer systems, dosing stations, heat exchangers, and control cabinets with PLC visualization and remote monitoring via GPRS or SMS/email fault notification. LK Metallwaren offers pre-testing on customer-specific media and full lifecycle service including DIN 1999-100/101 maintenance.
