VTA Nanofloc A644 is a nanotechnology-based purification product that uses metallic base material multiplying its intrinsic magnetic pull at nano-scale to achieve charge balancing inside sludge flocs rather than on the surface, producing extremely compact flocs resistant to disintegration even under unfavorable conditions. The product decreases settling time, lowers sludge volume index, increases oxygenation efficiency, and allows reduced chemical and polymer usage. VTA Hydroprompt FORTE is a multifunctional product that reduces pathogens in wastewater by more than 95 percent, including antibiotic-resistant strains, originally developed in response to COVID-19 concerns about wastewater pathogen contamination.
