Komline (Komline-Sanderson)
About
Komline is a Peapack, New Jersey-based process equipment manufacturer founded in 1946, operating multiple specialized brands under one corporate umbrella. The company's 85,000-plus square foot Peapack facility includes ASME and PED code-certified welding for pressure vessels and an 8,400 square foot Technical Center for bench and pilot scale liquid/solids separation and thermal processing testing. The Kompress Belt Filter Press line is Komline-Sanderson's flagship dewatering product, available in three configurations: the GRS two-belt standard gravity zone model, the GRSL two-belt extended gravity zone model, and the G-GRSL three-belt model with an independent gravity zone that functions as a combination thickener and dewatering unit for dilute sludges below 1.5 percent suspended solids. The Kompress features Roto-Kone high-rate drainage technology, Roto-Trak sludge plows, up to 14 pressure drums with 30-inch first drum, and variable wedge compression. Under the Komline-Heron brand, the Suspended Air Flotation system uses proven CGA Technology for wastewater clarification. Komline Aerator Solutions (formerly based in Roscoe, Illinois, with 50-plus years of experience) provides the EcoJet high-speed floating aerator and mixer, BlueFrog hybrid aerator, SCM submersible aerator/mixer, and ASPIRO/ASPIRO Plus aspirating aerator/mixer. Additional products include the Gravabelt Gravity Belt Thickener, Turbo-Dryer thermal drying system, Biosolids/Sludge Dryer, Paddle Dryer/Processor, Rotary Atomizer, and Plunger Pump. Markets served encompass water and wastewater treatment, food and beverage, agriculture, environmental and renewables, chemical and pharmaceutical, and industrial coolant filtration.
