KF Unternehmensgruppe GmbH (KF Group) is a Berlin-based environmental services conglomerate founded by the Kemmer and Fischer families, with origins tracing back to 1948. The group comprises 19 medium-sized companies employing over 400 people, with approximately 9,825 completed projects worldwide. KF Group operates across three core environmental sectors: water treatment, air quality, and soil remediation. Its water treatment division is the largest, encompassing subsidiaries such as Harbauer (groundwater remediation and industrial water treatment, with offices in Brazil, India, and Kenya), WEIL Wasseraufbereitung (process water treatment, contaminated site remediation, and ultrapure water production), Bremer pro aqua (water and wastewater technology), NAIS Wasseraufbereitungstechnik (water treatment technology), GEH Wasserchemie (water chemistry solutions), and ARGUS Umweltbiotechnologie (environmental biotechnology). The group also operates ROWA Aquaristik for B2C aquarium water treatment and WBH Water for additional water sector services. Air treatment is handled by NEUTRALOX Umwelttechnik (odor elimination, VOC reduction, and UV disinfection) and Evoran Umwelttechnik. Soil remediation capabilities include drilling, contaminated soil investigation, and disposal through Daugs-Schuler, Kemmer Engineering, and GBAV.
