JUMO Process Control

JUMO Process Control, the US arm of the JUMO Group headquartered in Fulda, Germany, develops and manufactures sensor and automation technology for industrial measurement applications. The company's American operations are based in Syracuse, New York, and its product portfolio centers on five measurement parameters: temperature, pressure, liquid analysis, flow, and level. Temperature products include RTD resistance thermometers and thermocouples spanning industrial and hygienic designs. Liquid analysis covers pH and ORP sensors, conductivity measurement, dissolved and residual chlorine detection, and turbidity monitoring for water and wastewater treatment. Pressure transmitters serve process and hygienic applications, while level measurement devices monitor tank and vessel contents across industries. JUMO also produces flow measurement instruments, single-pair Ethernet sensors for Industry 4.0 integration, panel-mount and field-mount controllers (including the JUMO variotron and mTRON T automation platforms), paperless recorders, and SCADA software for plant-wide monitoring. Target markets include municipal water and wastewater treatment, energy generation, hydrogen fuel cell production, food storage and cold chain monitoring, cooling tower water treatment, and general industrial automation. The company is an active member of the Measurement, Control and Automation Association (MCAA) and the Water Environment Federation (WEF). Manufacturing is anchored in Germany with North American distribution through the Syracuse facility.
