JCS Industries is a Spring, Texas-based manufacturer of chemical feeding and monitoring equipment dedicated to municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment. Founded in 2002 as a product development company tasked with designing an alternative to existing vacuum liquid doser technology, JCS now holds U.S. patents for its all-vacuum liquid feeder design and has completed over 800 installations ranging from Duluth, Minnesota to Hilo, Hawaii, with feed capacities spanning 3 to 50,000 gallons per day. The product line centers on vacuum-operated chemical feed systems: the Model 4100 Automatic Vacuum Liquid Feeder is the flagship, complemented by vacuum regulators and injectors (Models 420-C, 420-T, 420-INJ, 420-RMT) for gas handling, the Model 4120 vacuum switchover system for continuous feed, the Model 4130 chemical dilution system, and the Model 4140 VIM-OC Vacuum Induction Mixer for on-line mixing. For gas feed applications, JCS offers the Models 4200, 4200-LC, and 4200-EC gas feeders and controllers. Monitoring instrumentation includes the Model 4400 residual chlorine analyzer, Model 4500 gas leak detector, and Model 4600 ultrasonic level and flow monitor. The company also produces electronic scales (Models 4700, 4710, 4720) and emergency actuators (Models RC, RC-TVR, 2000C, U, and RPB001 remote push button) for chlorine room safety.
