Drawing on decades of legacy experience in thermal conversion projects, the company produces three integrated product lines: the IQ Gasification Unit, the IQ Pyrolysis Unit, and the IQ Indirect Dryer Unit. The IQ Gasification Unit converts dried waste streams into heat output through controlled partial-oxidation gasification, producing energy that can self-sustain the drying process or supply hot water, steam, or high-temperature heat for industrial and community heating applications. The IQ Pyrolysis Unit thermochemically decomposes organic materials in the absence of oxygen, converting dried wastes into renewable natural gas (RNG) or condensing the output into an oil suitable for advanced recycling of dirty and mixed plastics. The IQ Indirect Dryer Unit handles dewatered wet waste by slowly moving it across serpentine belts with indirectly applied heat, significantly reducing weight and volume to produce a dried product usable in agriculture, industry, or as feedstock for thermal treatment. The three units work as an integrated system: the Indirect Dryer prepares wet biosolids, which then feed either the Gasification or Pyrolysis unit for thermal conversion into energy products or recovered materials. IQ Energy serves biosolids and organic waste processing, advanced plastics recycling, and broader industrial heating applications.
