Inovair
About
Inovair, a division of Accessible Technologies Inc., designs and manufactures integrally geared centrifugal blowers and compressors from its Lenexa, Kansas headquarters, with a branch office in Mill Valley, California. Accessible Technologies has produced centrifugal blowers, compressors, and superchargers for approximately 30 years. Inovair asserts it is the only manufacturer of high-efficiency blowers made in the USA per a November 2023 EPA request for information, and all products are Build America, Buy America compliant. The wastewater blower lineup spans the IM series stationary packages — IM-10 at 15 to 50 horsepower, IM-20 at 25 to 150, IM-30 at 40 to 400, IM-40 at 100 to 350, and IM-50 at 300 to 600 — alongside the IO-10 and IO-20 for outdoor or alternative configurations. Operating pressures range from 4 to 55 psi across the line. Engineering features include non-contact oil film bearings, pulsation-free operation at 75 to 85 decibels, and resistance to dirt, dust, and frequent stop-start cycles. The company reports proven energy savings of 10 to 40 percent over rotary lobe positive displacement and multistage centrifugal blowers, with payback periods frequently under two years. Beyond wastewater, Inovair serves the aircraft ground support market with the 1200GS, 1600GS, and 2200GS blower packages for pre-conditioned air carts, air start compressors, and forced-air deicing, and general industry with the Inovair 1200, 1600, and 2200 bare blower series and IE series blower packages from 25 to 125 horsepower. Customizable blower control systems round out the product offering.
