Inland Tarp & Liner (ITL) is an employee-owned company (since 2020) providing customizable geosynthetic solutions across three U.S. facilities in Moses Lake, Washington; Fostoria, Ohio; and Odessa, Texas. The company offers end-to-end services from design through delivery across four solution categories: containment and lining, erosion control, covering, and custom fabrication. ITL's product line includes above-ground storage tanks, containment liners, secondary containment systems, insulated floating covers for tanks and reservoirs, geocell systems for soil stabilization, geogrid reinforcement systems, pond bird netting, hay covering and accessories, agricultural bag storage (Ag Bags), and grain and stockpile covers. Proprietary products include the Reinforced Concrete Roll (RCR) and the ITL 360 System, a comprehensive containment and lining solution. The company also produces recreation and athletic surfacing products. Markets served span agriculture, construction, industrial, energy, residential, landfill, mining, athletic and recreation, and water management.
