Hydro Instruments has manufactured gas chlorination equipment and chemical metering systems from its Telford, Pennsylvania facility since 1978, positioning its products as the world's highest quality gas chlorinators. The gas feed system lineup spans eight series (200, 300, 500, 700, 800, 900, 3000, and 6000) with corresponding floor cabinets, plus dedicated ammonia and carbon dioxide feed systems. Proprietary products include the OV-110 and OV-1000 Omni-Valve automatic control valves with 4-20mA output for precise gas feed regulation, the V-RAD vacuum-based liquid feed system for liquid chemical metering, the Chlorsafe Valve Closure System for automatic leak protection, and the CS-110 Changeover System enabling seamless cylinder switchover.
