HUBER SE, with its US subsidiary HUBER Technology LLC based in Denver, North Carolina, designs and manufactures an extensive range of stainless steel machines and plants for municipal and industrial water, wastewater, and sludge treatment, with more than 65,000 installations worldwide. The company's headworks and screening portfolio includes the flagship ROTAMAT line of screens and fine screens, STEP SCREEN fine screens, Ultra Fine Screens, Rope and Chain Pull Rakes, Stormwater Screens, and Sludge Acceptance Plants. For filtration, HUBER offers the RoDisc Disc Filter, RoTAFILT pile cloth media filter, ContiFlow sand filter, and ContiFlow GAK active carbon filter. Screenings treatment covers compaction through the Ro7 Screenings Compactor and various wash presses. Mechanical sludge processing encompasses screening, thickening, and dewatering equipment, while thermal sludge treatment includes the Solstice Solar Dryer with integrated sludge turner, BT Belt Dryer, and Rotadry Disc Dryer. Grit handling spans the Ro6 longitudinal grit trap, GritWolf lamella grit trap, RoSF3 Coanda grit classifier, and RoSF9 wash drum. Material conveyance uses the Ro8 closed tube screw conveyor and Ro8-T lidded trough conveyor. Additional product lines encompass dissolved air flotation with DIGIT-DOSE chemical dosing, the RoWin wastewater heat exchanger, stainless steel safe access products including manhole covers and safety climbing systems, and containerized plants such as MENA Water MBR sewage treatment and SafeDrink potable water systems. The company expanded its US production facility in 2024 and maintains Build America, Buy America compliance. The CenterMax Hybrid perforated band screen was introduced as the newest addition to the screening lineup.
