Pinnacle Ozone Solutions, LLC, based in Cocoa, Florida, manufactures ozone generation systems for municipal drinking water and wastewater treatment, industrial process water, cooling towers, direct potable reuse, and aquaculture. The company was formed by merging two organizations with a combined century of ozone engineering expertise and operates an in-house research and development laboratory. Pinnacle's generator portfolio covers four platforms — The Apex producing up to 720 pounds per day (ppd) at 8% ozone concentration by weight for the most demanding municipal and industrial applications, The Zenith delivering up to 600 ppd with strong turndown capability for variable-demand installations, The Summit rated to 200 ppd for mid-sized municipal and commercial users, and The Peak at 100 ppd for modular and smaller-scale installations. All four platforms incorporate Pinnacle's patented QuadBlock technology, which provides linear ozone output control from 0 to 100% of rated capacity for precise dosing across all operating conditions. Beyond individual generators, Pinnacle packages the High Dose Ozone System for advanced water treatment, reuse, and advanced oxidation process (AOP) applications requiring extreme ozone concentrations, and the Peak 5X Plus all-in-one system integrating compressor, oxygen concentrator, ozone generator, chiller, injection skid, and controls in a single enclosed plug-and-play package. Supporting components include backflow prevention units, catalytic ozone destruct units, ozone distribution manifolds, and injection skids. Every Pinnacle system is built around Schneider Electric Modicon M251 PLCs with 15-inch RedLion HMIs, carries UL 508A listing and CSA/CE certification, and is supported by PinnacleCare maintenance service plans.
