About

Applied Cartridge Systems (ACS), an ENPRESS Group Company based in Eastlake, Ohio, manufactures cartridge-based arsenic removal and water filtration systems for residential, commercial, and municipal applications. The company's core innovation is a backwash-free treatment approach: instead of traditional media tanks requiring backwashing, media pumping, and disposal, ACS uses NSF/ANSI/CAN 61-certified stainless steel cartridge housings that need only periodic one-person cartridge replacement. The ISO-series product line spans seven models: five freestanding units (ISO-5-SS through ISO-25-SS) covering 5 to 25 GPM, and two skid-mounted systems (ISO-50-SK and ISO-100-SK) for 50 and 100 GPM. The ISO-100-SK features a compact 59-inch by 39-inch by 75-inch footprint, and multiple units can be configured for up to 500 GPM. All vessels are constructed from 304 or 150 psi-rated 304 stainless steel with 1-micron pre-filtration (cartridge or bag). Cartridges measure 4.5 inches OD by 42 inches long across all models. ACS also offers pilot system skids for rent at 5, 10, and 20 GPM, allowing engineers and end users to conduct on-site proof-of-performance testing before committing to full-scale systems. Custom engineered housing skids with pre-treatment systems, catwalks, ladders, and platforms are available for larger applications.
