Mtsjets
About
Mass Transfer Systems (MTS), operating since 1984 from Walpole, Massachusetts, designs and manufactures jet aeration and jet mixing systems for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. The company produces all critical in-tank components at its own facilities: fiberglass fabrication in Denmark, South Carolina and stainless steel manufacturing in Ramsey, New Jersey, providing full quality control over fabrication and delivery. MTS offers four distinct jet aeration configurations: bi-directional jet aerators for square and rectangular tanks where directional flow is undesirable, directional jet manifold aerators for round tanks and oxidation ditches requiring rotational flow, radial jet pod aerators for smaller vessels and SBRs, and retrievable jet aeration skids for tanks that cannot be dewatered for installation access. Jet mixing systems provide high-energy submerged mixing for neutralization, solids suspension, liquid blending, equalization, and flash mixing. The Aspirator line of submersible self-aspirating aerators draws ambient air from above the liquid surface without external blowers, suited for sludge holding, aerobic digestion, and post-aeration. MTS also manufactures floating effluent decanters with swing-joint designs that track the liquid surface for SBR decanting. The company is part of the North American Filtration family of companies.
Key Products
Submerged jet aeration system for square and rectangular tanks, lagoons, and SBRs that creates dual-direction flow patterns for efficient oxygen transfer and mixing.
Jet aeration system designed for round tanks, lagoons, and oxidation ditches that produces a directed rotational flow pattern.
Compact radial jet aeration unit for smaller round and square tanks and sequencing batch reactors.
Wet-installable jet aeration system on a retrievable skid frame for tanks and basins that cannot be drained for maintenance access.
Highly turbulent submerged mixer system using jet technology for neutralization, solids suspension, liquid/liquid blending, equalization, and flash mixing in tanks and basins.
Submersible aerator that draws ambient air from above the liquid surface without external blowers, used in sludge holding tanks, aerobic digesters, activated sludge tanks, and post-aeration applications.
